Our Order Administration and Service Provisioning agents are trained to handle all aspects of order processing, including jeopardy management, and interact directly with our clients' technicians and inventory management groups to complete orders or resolve any issues that arise during the delivery process and afterwards.

Order Administration:
Agents are responsible for order processing and jeopardy management for all processing orders.
They also look into ordering services/local loops from the Incumbent Local Exchange Carriers (ILEC’s) and ensuring the successful completion of the work before the Client’s field technician visits the customer or prior to self-installation
   
Customer Service Provisioning
Agents handle incoming calls from the ILEC Field technicians, transmission technicians, NOC technicians and their inventory management groups to solve any issues that arise during order administration.
